THEATRE IMPRESSIONARY DISCIPLINE AND WORKING PRINCIPLES
Theatre Tulûat aims to create a disciplined, respectful, and productive artistic environment. Therefore, every individual wishing to join our theatre is expected to adhere to the following principles:
1. Discipline and Timing
Punctuality is required for rehearsal and work days.
Lateness or absence must be notified in advance .
Three consecutive absences are grounds for removal from training.
2. Working Days
Work sessions are held once a week.
Additional rehearsals may be scheduled during the preparation period for the performance if needed.
3. Respect and Team Spirit
Each individual should display a respectful attitude towards teammates, instructors, and the venue.
Tiyatro Tulûat does not tolerate any behavior that involves discrimination, violence, or mobbing.
Language, religion, race, gender, age, and the quality of education received are all factors that determine superiority. It is not.
No relationships are allowed between individuals within the team.
4. Rehearsal and Performance Ethics
Using mobile phones, leaving without permission, and engaging in distracting behavior are prohibited during rehearsals.
In stage productions, adhering to the direction and dramaturgy is essential.
Unauthorized sharing of text, scene, or music materials is prohibited.
5. Corporate Representation
The actors are obligated to represent Tiyatro Tulûat respectfully and professionally in all settings.
Social media posts representing the community should only be made through official accounts.

6. Relations with Other Theatre Institutions
Actors within the Tiyatro Tulûat company are required to inform the company management when they plan to participate in other theaters or stage projects.
Participation in any activity that clashes with or could damage the image of the Theatre Tulûat is prohibited.
Disciplined and transparent communication is essential; collaborations with other institutions are carried out with Tulûat's approval.
7. Voluntary Participation
Tiyatro Tulûat is an arts group based on volunteerism .
The team, as part of the Tulûat family, contributes to artistic development , gaining experience , and collective production processes.
The work at Tulûat is not driven by financial gain ; the team's existence is sustained by solidarity, love, and a passion for theatre.
Each member agrees to abide by Tulûat's discipline, values, and program for the duration of their participation.
Volunteering is not irresponsibility; it is a form of commitment sustained through selflessness.
Working Days
Thursday 19.00–21.00
The active season is from August to May.
June–July rest period
